"Mitchell recently became property manager for me with my Miners Rest property. Coincident to this, my very long term tenant moved out and I took the opportunity to undertake a variety of works to improve and protect the property’s condition.

Mitchell has been enormously responsive to my various requests for his assistance in arranging these works and/or making the property available to various contractors that I organised. There have been no delays in getting this work done and the quotes he has obtained for me all seemed acceptable such that I didn’t feel the need to get additional quotes.

The new reporting and approval system that Harcourts has put in place also has been very easy to use and all the information I need to make decisions has been provided through it by Mitchell without any follow up needed.

Mitchell has been very proactive in keeping me informed about the works that he has been coordinating and he has consistently done what he says he will, when he says he will.

Mitchell’s effort to get quality new tenants also seems to have been very effective. Although the tenants are brand new, his assessment about their history and that of other candidates has given me a great deal of confidence that the ones chosen will be prompt with their rent and will take good care of my house.

Thanks very much Mitchell."
